About Our Restaurant
Welcome to Koshari Shack, a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Egyptian food in Sunrise, Florida. We specialize in Koshari, Egypt’s most famous dish, and our goal is to share it with you and our community.
Our story started in the kitchen, where we worked hard to perfect our Koshari and its special sauce. We invited friends and family from all backgrounds to try it, and their support helped us grow—from pop-up events to farmers’ markets and catering.
